Totally Transforming Eyeshadow Primer Refill Pan

Refill Pan: The color magnet and priming fixative keeps cream and powder eye shadows vibrant and long-lasting. Neutralizes dark, red, or blue tones on lids to make eyeshadows true to color. Improves blendability and combats creasing, bleeding, and caking. The anti-aging formula smoothes, brightens, and firms with peptides and Hibiscus and Sleepy Morning extracts.

Shades Light and Medium are refill pans that fit into our Small Magnetic Compact or Magnetic Palettes. Simply lift empty pan from base of magnetic packaging and replace with new Totally Transforming Eyeshadow Primer refill pans.

How to use:

The primer is very concentrated so apply a small amount to entire eyelid and eye area with brush or fingertip and smooth to blend.  Apply eye colours over primer.
